Grant of License: StockChart™ belongs to us, not to you. Decision Point Systems grants you the right to use one copy of the StockChart™ software system (SOFTWARE) on a single Hewlett Packard 200LX palmtop computer (PALMTOP) at any one time. You may not rent, lease, or transfer copies of the SOFTWARE to other parties except that you may permanently transfer the SOFTWARE in its entirety (including documentation) to a single third party on a permanent basis provided that you retain no copies of the SOFTWARE or its documentation. If you so transfer the SOFTWARE to a single third party on a permanent basis, this agreement is binding on the recipient of the SOFTWARE.

This agreement is effective from the date you receive your user-id until terminated. You may terminate the agreement by removing the software and documentation from your PALMTOP and removing any backup copies from disks or other computers. If you breach this license agreement, Decision Point Systems can terminate the license upon written notification to you and can initiate legal action against you.

Copyright: The SOFTWARE is owned by Decision Point Systems and is protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the software like any other copyrighted material except that you may make copies for backup or archival purposes. You are permitted to print copies of this manual which is delivered as a Microsoft Word for Windows 95 Version 7.0 file for your own use only.

All other product names are copyrights trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Limited Warranty: There is no warranty expressed or implied for the suitability or performance of StockChart™. Should you be dissatisfied with StockChart™ for any reason within 90 Days of purchase, your remedy is to remove it from your PALMTOP, notify Decision Point Systems of such removal, and your money will be refunded.

Disclaimer of Warranty: With the exception of the Limited Warranty stated above, Decision Point Systems and the software author disclaim any and all warranties, expressed or implied.

Liability: Neither Decision Point Systems nor Gary W. Leive have any liability whatsoever for the use of StockChart™ or the derivative data processed by StockChart™.

Controlling Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
